How I went from Grind to Peace of Mind

You can be busy ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ calm.


Hereโ€™s how I went from grind to peace of mind.


When I was starting out, I loved my job.
But somewhere along the line I got confused.
I started to believe that having lots to do meant I needed to rush.
I'd think fast, react fast, talk fast, walk fast... but mostly I was in confusion and often in mild states of tension.


Even though it was obvious, if someone asked me, I would confidently say: โ€œ๐˜'๐˜ฎ ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ.โ€

But deep down I knew my rhythm was unsustainable.

Then I learned the science of the mind and discovered how mine was working. As it turns out, it wasnโ€™t what I thought.


I learned about 3 simple Principles that explain how life experience is created from the inside-out.


The Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought.


They changed my paradigm.
Not all at once, but gradually.


They're sinking deeper and deeper day-by-day.


And the more I see them, the more I am able to navigate the complexities of business and life with more ease, flow and impact.


I truly believe these three principles are the missing link in building the next generation of high performance organisations.


Organisations led by founders and leaders who are:
a) grounded
b) insightful
c) impactful


I used to focus on organisational transformation, then I realised the cornerstone of any company is the founder. More specifically, the quality of their thinking and the "place" they operate from.


They stay busy without burning out.
They stay calm under pressure.
